The Allen-Bradley 160-AA18NPS1P1 is a 160 series three-phase AC-powered Smart Speed Controller (SSC) with a variable speed and with a programming keypad module for changing the factory default settings and the preset speed control. The keypad module of this SSC is made up of 3 control keys, 5 programming keys for the controller’s control parameters, directional LED indicators, and an LED display that can show up to 7 segments and 6 digits. Present on the 160-AA18NPS1P1 controller is a ready/fault indicating panel that has LED status indicators and there are also 3 terminal blocks for the control wiring, the motor wiring, and for the line power, which are standard features of the Allen-Bradley 160 Series SSCs. The enclosure rating of the AA18NPS1P1 controller is an IP20 open enclosure and it should be installed on a flat and level surface.

This controller has a 200-240V AC input voltage, an input operating range of 180-265V AC, and a 50-60 Hz line frequency.
