The 160-BA02NSF1P1 is part of the bulletin 160 of Smart Speed Controllers (SSC) by Allen-Bradley. This is essentially a Variable Speed Drive (VSD) that is typically used to implement modulating speed control of industrial AC motors utilizing Volts / Hertz (V/Hz) control methods with adjustable voltage and speed ratio to match the control requirements of the process. The 160-BA02NSF1P1 is a Signal follower model drive therefore, it can be used to reference external analog signals to implement modulating control of speed. Compatible input signal sources to function as external speed reference includes a 1K to 10K Ohms, 2 Watts Minimum, Potentiometer; 4-20 mA analog current and -10 to +10 VDC voltage signal.
