The 160 series Allen-Bradley 160-BA03PSF1 is a three-phase AC-powered Smart Speed Controller (SSC) that is chassis mounted and is equipped with an analog signal follower control which can be configured using the external speed potentiometer with a 1K-10K Ohm range and a minimum rating of 2 Watts. The cooling of this SSC is done via an external heatsink and the SSC should be mounted vertically on a flat surface in a location without any corrosive particles or vapors in the atmosphere. When using the 160-BA03PSF1 controller, ensure that the area where it is operating has a temperature within a 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit or the 0 to 50 degree Celsius range, with an altitude of not more than 3300 feet or 1000 meters, and its storage location should have a temperature within a -40 to 185 degree Fahrenheit or -40 to 85 degree Celsius range.
