The Allen Bradley 8510 Drives are AC-powered spindle drives that are microprocessor-controlled. The 8510 Drives support "wireless" power structures. These drives support a universal discrete and analog I/O interface for installation flexibility. In addition to operating in spindle modes, the 8510 Drives can operate in servo modes and torque modes. These drives support various reliable control loops. Many 8510 Drives can control AC motors, and many 8510 Drives have printed circuit boards that reduce internal discrete wiring.
