The 1394CSJT05E is a SERCOS interface multi-axis motion control system from the 1394 family of Allen Bradley. The 1394CSJT05E should be installed on a flat, rigid and vertical surface and is free from shock, vibration, oil, and dust. The system is required to be mounted vertically and the minimum clearances are required to be maintained for maintaining the optimal ambient temperature and ventilation.

The 1394CSJT05E operates on a three-phase input AC voltage of 324 to 528 Volts AC and has an input current rating of 6.5A. The peak inrush current is 8A and the line loss ride through is 20 milliseconds. The efficiency of the device is 99%. The 1394CSJT05E weighs 10.68 kilograms and the ambient operating temperature for the 1394CSJT05E is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and the humidity of the environment should be 5 to 95 % non condensing. The operating vibration specification is 1g and the nonoperating vibration rating is 2.5g. This unit is designed and tested to meet the EMC directives EN 50081-2 Emission Standard and EN 50092-2 EMC Immunity standard. It also meets the 61800-3 EMC adjustable Speed Electrical Power drive systems standard. All these standards are met in whole or in part and are intended for use in an industrial environment.  For meeting the CE requirements it is necessary to install a power line filter and the combined motor power cable length for all axes must not exceed 360 meters. It should be installed inside and enclosure and the input power wiring must be run through a conduit outside the enclosure.
