The Kinetix 2000 multi-axis servo drive is designed to provide a kinetic integrated motion solution for applications and is composed of several series which include the 2093-AC05-MPx, 2093-AM0x, 2093-AMPx, 2093-ASP06, 2093-PRSxx, 2093-PRF, 2094-AL09, 2094-AL15S, 2094-AL25S, 2094-AL50S, 2094-AL75S, and the 2094-AL75S-C2. The 2093-AC05-MPx, a series of Kinetix 2000 multi-axis servo drive, which has the 2093-AC05-MP1, 2093-AC05-MP2, and the 2093-AC05-MP5 in its series. Each product in this series has an output power requirement between 3-45 kW (4-49 A), and the 2093-AC05-MP5, a member of the 2093-AC05-MPx series has several components including the compatible servo motors (Low Inertia, Food Grade, and Stainless Steel), Compatible linear actuators (the MPAI-Axxx (Integrated Actuator) 230V actuators), and the Power Rail (PR), made up of copper bus bars and a circuit board with connectors for each module, which in turn provides power and control signals from the converter section to adjacent inverters. It is also coupled with motor, power, feedback and brake cables which include integrally molded, bayonet-style quick connect/quick-release connectors at the motor in which the power and feedback cables are made up of flying leads on the drive and straight connectors that allow connection to the servo motors. However, the standard feedback cables are made up of 45o angle connectors that connect to servo motors optional feedback cables are made up of a straight connector on the motor end and flying leads that wire to a low-profile connector kit on the drive end.
Specifications for the 2093-AC05-MP5 include Power Converter specification with Input voltage, an ac of 264V rms, Input Frequency, ac of 47 Hz, and an Input Voltage, dc (common bus follower) of 240V dc, Input current, dc (common bus follower) of 6.42 A Three-phase power input, Bus output voltage, nom325V dc, with a Continuous Power Output to bus of 3.0KW, Peak power output of 6.0KW, Efficiency of 95%, and a Converter Capacitance of 540 NF. The 2093-AC05-MP5 comes with an IAM Inverter power, with a bandwidth vel. loop of 500Hz which is similar to most of the 2093 IAM series, and a Nominal Input Voltage of 325V dc, a Continuous Current (rms) of 3.0 A which is higher the MP1, and MP2, in the series. With a Peak current (rms of 6.0 A and Peak output current time, max of 3 s from 0% drive utilization (0% soak). It has an Efficiency of 98% like other products in the series and also the same Capacitance of 200 NF, and Capacitive Energy Absorption of 7.5 J like the rest of the MP series.
The 2093-AC05-MP5, like other MPs in the series like the 2093-AC05-MP1 and the 2093-AC05-MP2, comes with a unique Shunt Module (2093-ASP06), and unlike the rest in its series, the 2093-AC05-MP5 has an Auxillary Control Power of 0.90 A. The Main and Control Power Input for the 2093-AC05-MP5 is a 264V ac three-phase, and it also comes with a DC common bus fuse, with Contactor Rating of 264V ac three-phase. The Transformer Specification for the Control Power Input has an input volt-amperes of 500VA, an Input voltage of 230V ac, and Output voltage of 240V ac which is similar to other MPs in the series. The Power Dissipation specification for the 2093-AC05-MP5 Power Converter in percentage of rated power output (Watts) for the Three-phase are 20%(7.0), 40%(10.5), 60%(14.0), 80%(17.4), 100%(20.9) and for the single phase are 20%(5.8), 40%(8.0), 60%(10.3), 80%(12.6), 100%(14.8) respectively. The Power Dissipation for the 2093-AC05-MP5 Power Inverter in a percentage of rated power output (Watts) are 20%(31.6), 40%(33.6), 60%(35.6), 80%(37.6), 100%(39.6) respectively.

It also has a Weight of 1.32 (2.9) Kg/Ibs, and also a Line Filter (2090-XXLF-TC316 (Tesch NF310-16)) of 4 mm2 (10 AWG) Recommended Wire Size.
