2093-AMxx is one of the series of Kinetix 2000 multi-axis servo drive. It is specially designed to provide a Kinetix Integrated Motion solution for applications. The 2093-AM02 like every product in the 2093-M0x series is made up of several components which include; the Axis Module (AM (double width)) which is a shared 230V dc bus power inverter, which mounts on a Kinetix 2000 power rail with cables. However, the cables are of different types and of different function, but the 2093-AM02 cable, which are the motor power, and the feedback and brake cables, which include integrally molded, and bayonet-style quick connect/quick-release connectors at the motor. The power and feedback cables are made up of flying leads on the drive and straight connectors that allow connection to the servo motors. In addition, the standard feedback cables are made up of 45o angle connectors that connect to servo motors while the optional feedback cables are made up of a straight connector on the motor end and flying leads that wire to a low-profile connector kit on the drive end.
Specifications for the 2093-AM02 has similar specifications to the 2093-AM01. It comes with an Axis Module (AM) Inverter power, with a bandwidth vel. loop of 500Hz which is similar to most of the 2093 IAM series, and a Nominal Input voltage of 325V dc, a Continuous Current (RMS) of 9.5 A, Peak current RMS of 28.5 A, Continuous current (0-pk) of 8.48A, and a Peak Output Current Time, max of (3 s from 0% drive utilization (0% soak). It has an Efficiency of 98% and Capacitance of 540 NF, with Capacitive energy absorption of 20 J, and a Continuous power out (nom) of 1.9Kw. The 2093-AM02 has an Auxillary Control Power of 0.45 A with Input VA of 148VA, and a Max Inrush of 93A and a Shunt Interix 2000, SM, 230V, 50 W with model number (2093-ASP06). The Transformer Specification for the Control Power Input has an input volt-amperes of 500VA, an Input voltage of 230V ac, and an Output voltage of 240V ac. The Power DissipationS for 2093-AM01 Power Inverter in the percentage of rated power output (Watts) are 20%(44.3), 40%(55.6), 60%(67.3), 80%(79.2), 100%(91.4) respectively.
2093-AM02 also comes with Environmental specifications with Ambient Temperature for operational (0 to 50 °C (32 to 22 °F)) and non-operational (-40 to 85 °C (-40 to 85 °F)) mode, and the Relative Humidity for operational (5 to 95% noncondensing) and non-operational (5 to 95% noncondensing) mode. A Vibration of 5...55 Hz @ 0.35 mm (0.014 in.) double amplitude, continuous displacement; 55...500 Hz @ 2.0 g peak constant Acceleration, and Shock of 15 g, 11 ms half-sine pulse (3 pulses in each direction of 3 mutually perpendicular directions), and a B31: DSP and SERCOS pins, anti-dust and anti-humidity 1B73LSE: Power Rail connector pins, Converter, Inverter, Shunt, Power Rail, and Slot Filler PCB assemblies, clear UL creepage and clearance issue and Conformal Coating. It also has a Weight of 1.32 (2.9) Kg/Ibs, and also a Line Filter (2090-XXLF-TC316 (Tesch NF310-16)) of 4 mm2 (10 AWG) Recommended Wire Size.
