The 2071-A10 is an Allen-Bradley Kinetix 3 Series Servo Drive that operates on 3-phase power and it comes with an output current of 7.0 Amps. The input current for the 2071-A10 is rated at 8.75 Amps while the wattage for the drive is 1.0 Kilowatts and it also has a shunt power of 70 Watts which is critical for motor stopping control. The best or most recommended application for the 2071-A10 is a TLY-A310M with a wattage of 1.0 Kilowatts. For maximized user control, the 2071-A10 comes with an indexing mode and it is designed for RS-232 and RS-485 communication. Generally, the Kinetix 3 Series servo drives are designed to ensure maximum engineer control and input for the servo devices. These drives operate with AC power for input and it comes in one to three phases with an amperage of between 0.6 and 9.9 Amps.
The 2071-A10 also features Motor Overload Protection and it is designed for solid-state motors. These are the solid-state motors that follow the UL requirements. The servo drive motor overload protection feature uses algorithms to predict the actual temperature based on the operating conditions. An external temperature sensor is also used and it is usually embedded in the motor so as to support the UL requirements. Note that the 2071-A10 requires that the users avoid heat damage by following the motor and drive wiring diagrams as provided in the user manual. The recommended AC input power fuse for the 2071-A10 is the FNQ-R-20 or the LPJ-20. The 2071-A10 comes with multiple human-machine interface options. These include Digital, Analog, and Modbus options. There are 64 indexing points that come with the 2071-A10. For the environmental specification, the 2071-A10 operational temperature is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius while for storage it is -25 to 85 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity for the 2071-A10 in operation or storage is 5 to 95%, non-condensing.
