The Allen-Bradley 2071-AP4 is a Kinetix 3 Servo Drive series product. These drives are specially designed to be used for industrial process control. The 2071-AP4 runs on 240 Volts AC Input Voltage, 7.14 Input Current, and 3.3 Amps Output Current. This 2071-AP4 drive works with the TL-A230P motor sufficiently and it has 400 W of power.
