The Allen-Bradley 2097-V33PR1 is a Kinetix 300 Ethernet I/P Indexing Servo Drive. This drive is capable of being operated with a variety of voltage inputs such as 80-132VAC rms, 1-phase with 120VAC nominal input, 80-264VAC rms, 1-phase with 240VAC nominal and 80-264V rms, 3-phase with 240VAC nominal input voltages. This drive has a continuous output power of 0.5 kW and Continuous output current of 2.8 Amperes.
The Allen-Bradley 2097-V33PR1 is integrated with a safe Torque-Off feature. Safe Torque is used to disabled the drive output and remove torque without removing power to the system. The safe torque-off feature is certified at ISO 13849-1 PLd/SIL2.For compliance with EN954-1, installation of an external safety is required relay to meet Category 3. Aside from the safe Torque-off, also has built-in overvoltage and short-circuit protection with ratings of 430V DC and 100,000 A (rms) symmetrical, respectively.
The 2097-V33PR1 has a single Ethernet I/P port which can be used for implementing motion control over Ethernet I/P, communication with control systems such as Remote I/O devices and Human Machine Interfaces.
This controller may integrate with the Logix controller platform seamlessly, especially with CompactLogix controllers as part of Allen-Bradley’s Integrated Architecture System. Aside from controllers, this drive may control and integrate with MP series and TL series servo motors and actuators.
Other capabilities include electronic gearing, analog input control, and step and direction control. This flexibility in control architecture allows this series to meet a wide variety of global machine requirements. Use the 2097-V33PR1 with the CompactLogix Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) to create integrated architecture on a scalable platform. This enables code reuse and results in reduced engineering costs. To achieve an affordable component machine-level solution, use the 2097-V33PR1 with the Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1400 Processor. Configured via a web browser, this promotes the easy and fast implementation of independent, non-coordinated, indexing moves. Enhanced Machine Productivity. The Allen-Bradley 2097-V33PR1 features an LCD-type 4-character display for easy reading and diagnostics. The Memory Module for Automatic Device Replacement reduces commissioning time. It features a seamless integration with TL-Series and MP-Series servo motors and linear actuators. Plus, it has an embedded Safe Torque Off functionality that allows users to carry-on with maintenance and troubleshooting without the need to power down the machine.
