The 2094-BC04-M03-M is an axis module from the Kinetix 6000 Multi-Axis servo drive product family. This axis module is operated by supplying an AC input voltage of 360VAC-480VAC. It has a velocity loop bandwidth of 500Hz and Current loop bandwidth of 1300 Hz. It has a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) frequency of 4 kHz with nominal input voltage of 650VDC.

This axis module has an efficiency of 98% with capacitance of 840 F and capacitive energy absorption of 108 Joules while the short-circuit current rating is 200,000 A (rms) symmetrical.

The module’s internal shunt delivers a continuous power of 200Watts with peak power of 22.5 kW. The appropriate internal shunt resistor value is 28.75 Ohms with Shunt On voltage of 805VDC and Shunt off voltage of 765VDC.

For control circuit protection, appropriate Bussman fuse are FNQ-R-10 (10 A) or FNQ-R-7.5 (7.5 A) while the recommended circuit breaker are 1492-SPM2D060 or 1492-SPM1D150. For DC-bus power protection, appropriate Bussman fuse is FWJ-70A and A70QS70-4 Mersen fuse. The FNQ-R-7.5 is recommended for higher single-cycle inrush current capability. It is also ideally used when the continuous control-power current exceeds 3.0 A. For drive module main circuit protection, appropriate busman fuse is LPJ-45SP (45 A) Class J and 140G-G6C3-C50 Molded case circuit breaker.

It is a 400-Volt axis module and operates at an acceptable 3-phase input voltage range of 324 to 528 Volts AC (360 to 480 Volts AC nominal) at 47 to 63 Hertz, with a nominal input current of 44.0 Amps, and a maximum (0 to peak) inrush current of 31.1 Amps. The 2094-BC04-M03-M has a DC input voltage range of 458 to 747 Volts DC at 41.5 Amps DC input current, and it has a single-phase control voltage range of 95 to 264 Volts AC at 98 Amps maximum (0 to peak) inrush current.
