The 2094-BC07-M05-M is a Kinetix 6000 Integrated Axis Module. This module is a converter module with input voltage 324- 528V rms 3-phase with acceptable AC input voltage range of 360-480VAC along an input frequency of 47-63 Hz. The module’s main AC input current is 71.0 Ampere nominal and inrush value of 62.2 Ampere.

The 2094-BC07-M05-M’s DC input voltage for common bus follower is 458-747V DC and input current of 67.7 Ampere while the Control power AC input voltage is 95-264V rms, 1-phase with nominal rms values of 110-240V.

This Integrated Axis Module is built with internal shunt and internal shunt resistor. The continuous power of the internal shunt is 200 Watts and peak power is 22.5 Watts. The internal shunt resistor value is 27.75 ? with a shunt of reading of 765V DC and shunt on value of 805V DC. The module’s peak power output at 480VAC is 135 kW with efficiency of 97%. The converter inductance and capacitance is 75 ?H and 1410 ?F respectively. The module has a Short-circuit current rating of 200,000 A (rms) symmetrical.

The module’s bandwidth is Velocity Loop with frequency of 500 Hz and current loop of 1300 Hz while the module’s Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) frequency is 4 kHz. The module’s output rated power are 71 Watts at 20%, 101 Watts at 40%, 137 Watts at 60%, 179 Watts at 80% and 226 Watts at 100%.

When installing this module to an enclosure, the minimum bottom clearance is 80 mm (3.10 in.) with an enclosure depth of 302 mm (11.9 in).
