The MPAS-B60542-V20S2A actuator is an MP series integrated linear stage-type actuator that is designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This actuator is a compact linear movement solution with a ballscrew mechanical drive and an MPLS-x220H-V motor. The ballscrew with a rotary motor is integrated into the actuator’s simple yet robust construction to deliver 20 millimeters per revolution of linear movement. The MPAS-B60542-V20S2A actuator has no brake, but it holds its position reliably during static periods and it also displays a smooth motion profile when changing positions. This linear actuator is delivered without a cable track module, and it is equipped with SpeedTec DIN connectors. To bring superior positioning accuracy, this product has been paired with an absolute feedback multi-turn high-resolution encoder that has 128 cycles per revolution.
