The MPAS actuators are Allen-Bradley MP series integrated linear stages that are designed and intended to provide the high performance and high levels of reliability of the MP series servo motor technology to ball-screw actuators along with direct-drive linear slide actuators. The linear stages are made to be used in offensive, high-output industrial automation applications instead of in high-accuracy workroom settings. Items including cable tracks as well as strip seals that wear out can quickly be changed in a matter of minutes and this helps to minimize downtime on the machine.
