The Allen-Bradley 22A-B2P3N104 is a PowerFlex 4 adjustable Frequency AC drive. This drive is a DIN rail mountable drive, with Frame B body. It delivers an output power of 0.4 kW or 0.5 HP, Current of 2.3 Amperes and output voltage of 0-230VAC, 47-63 Hz. This drive supports zero stacking installation, significantly saving important panel space by allowing an array of drives installed with minimum spacing utilized.

The 22A-B2P3N104 has an integral RS485 communication interface, allowing the drive to communicate to a daisy-chain, multi-drop RS485 network. This enables the drive to be configured, operated and monitored over the network. Optional communication cards may be installed to the drive. Other communication protocols supported by the 22A-B2P3N104 are DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS DP, LonWorks and ControlNet, and BACNet.

The 22A-B2P3N104 has an integral keypad allowing the drive to be configured, monitored and operated out of the box. This integral keypad also has an embedded potentiometer and control keys for executing local START / STOP / JOG / FORWARD / REVERSE commands as well as modulate speed through the potentiometer. The same keypad has a Four (4) digit seven segment display with additional Ten (10) LED indicators, serving as the drive’s readout, for indicating operation and diagnostic status.

The 22A-B2P3N104 has a removable MOV to ground, allowing the drive to be installed in ungrounded distribution systems. Additionally, it has relay pre-charge, integral brake resistor, and DIP switch for selecting Sink / Source control. This drive also has an adjustable Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) frequency up to 16 kHz.
