The 25B-D1P4N104 PoweFlex 525 Series AC Drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It is rated at 380 to 480 Volts AC input voltage with -15% to +10% tolerance and 0 to 460 Volts AC output voltage, 3-phase power, 1.4 Amps, 0.5 Horsepower, 0.4 Watts normal duty and heavy duty output, Frame Size A, and 27.0 total watts loss. It features an IP20 NEMA enclosure and a standard interface module with a keypad and 4-digit backlit LCD for easy onboard operation. The 25B-D1P4N104 PowerFlex 525 drive provides high-performance motor speed and braking control capabilities that make it suitable for a variety of applications ranging from standalone machines to applications that require integration to larger control system. Its installation and configuration can be done simultaneously because its power module and control module are detachable. Like other PowerFlex 520 Series drives, the 25B-D1P4N104 PowerFlex drive offers flexible configuration options. Configuration options available for the 25B-D1P4N104 PowerFlex drive  include an Integral RS4/DSI communication card, an embedded EtherNet/IP port (only for 525 drives) provides easy configuration and control of drive data through the network, and its dual-port EtherNet/IP option card supports Device Level Ring (DLR) topologies which enables the drive to handle faults with ease. The position control capabilities of the 25B-D1P4N104 PowerFlex drive include closed-loop feedback, PointStop for stopping motor load with consistent positioning without encoder feedback, and point-to-point positioning. It relies on an integral brake transistor to provide dynamic braking with low-cost brake resistors and it provides enhanced inertia ride through to mitigate the effects of low voltage. The features of selectable 1/2 line voltage operation and 1/2 DC Bus operation allow it to be used without problems in brownouts or and low-voltage conditions.

The 25B-D1P4N104 PowerFlex 525 is designed to be operated with an input voltage supply range of 323-528VAC, 3-Phase, along an input current of 1.9 Amperes and frequency of 50/60 Hz. This drive delivers output voltage supply of 0-460VAC, 3-Phase, current rating of 1.4 Amperes and power of 0.5 Horsepower of 0.4 kW. The recommended catalog number for this drive is Allen-Bradley 100-C09 which is a 3-phase IEC rated contactor used for the control of electric motors. It is rated 2 HP at 230V and 5 HP at 460V and Conforms to IEC/EN 60947-4-1 / 5-1. For IEC or Non-Ul applications, this drive may require a minimum of 3 Ampere fuse and maximum of 6 Ampere fuse with circuit breakers such as 40U-D6D3-B30 or 140M-C2E-B25. For UL applications, appropriate fuse and contactors include CLASS RK5, CC, J, or T / DLS-R-6 fuse and 140M-C2E-B25 contactors.

It may be locally operated and configured using the integrated keypad and LCD and also supports remote hardwired operation via the embedded Input and output channels.
