The Allen-Bradley 25B-D1P4N114 is part of the PowerFlex 525 adjustable frequency AC drive product family. This drive is used to implement motor control, covering basic and advanced functionalities as well as maybe used as an energy saving equipment. As an alternative to soft-starters, the programmable capabilities of this electronic device benefits the user from increased operation efficiency, simplified maintenance and increase control system uptime.

The 25B-D1P4N114 is part of the 480VAC, 3-Phase operated drives within the PowerFlex 525 family. In terms of output capacity, it has the lowest output characteristics, delivering 1.4 Amperes, 0.4 kW or 0.5 HP and fully-programmable frequency of 0-500 Hz.

This drive supports Zero Stacking which is an effective panel-space saving measure. It belongs to A Frame drives which support DIN rail or direct panel mounting methods. These mounting options provide flexibility and contributes to ease of installation and effectively reduces cost of installation and engineering of the device.

This drive comes with bus overvoltage trip rating of 810V DC bus (equivalent to 575V AC incoming line) and undervoltage trip rating of 390V DC bus (equivalent to 275V AC incoming line. Additionally, it has an overcurrent rating of 200% hardware limit, 300% instantaneous fault, Ground Fault Trip of Phase-to-ground on drive output and Short Circuit Trip of Phase-to-phase on drive output. The electronic overload rating of this is s class 10 motor overload protection that complies to NEC article 430 and motor over-temperature protection according to NEC article 430.126 (A) (2).
