The Allen-Bradley 20AC043A3AYNADC0 PowerrFlex AC drive is a 3-phase AC drive with internal communication and enhanced control capabilities that is built for high-speed and high-torque control in motion control applications. The 20AC043A3AYNADC0 drive features a built-in human-machine interface module with an LCD screen, numeric and functional keys, an easy-to-read 7-line by 21-character display, and multi-language text for startup, control, metering, and trouble-shooting messages. The 20AC043A3AYNADC0 drive also has a built-in DeviceNet communication interface that allows for the fast and efficient control, configuration, and transfer of data to and from the host controllers. The 20AC043A3AYNADC0 drive has an input voltage rating of 400 Volts AC (3-phase) at 43 to 63 Hertz line frequency and an acceptable input range of +/-10% of the rated input. It has a power rating of 22 kilowatts (30 Horsepower) and a maximum current rating of 42 Amps.

The 20AC043A3AYNADC0 drive comes with integral drive protection capabilities, including BUS voltage regulation, fast current limit action, short-circuit protection, transient voltage protection up to 6000 Volts, and the inertia ride through function. The 20AC043A3AYNADC0 drive uses a sine-coded PWM signal with programmable carrier frequency for control, and it offers a 3-phase voltage output, adjustable from 0 Volts to the rated motor voltage. The 20AC043A3AYNADC0 drive offers Volts per Hertz and sensorless vector control as standard motor control options, and it also offers the patented Allen-Bradley Force technology and vector control (for outstanding torque and speed regulation) in addition to the standard control options. The 20AC043A3AYNADC0 drive has an internal IGBT brake for the dissipation of excess regenerated energy, and it also comes with a built-in EMC line filter for protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI).
