The Allen-Bradley 20AC060A3AYNAENN PowerFlex 70 Adjustable Frequency AC Drive is a digital AC drive from the PowerFlex70 drives designed to provide out-of-the-box performance in most applications requiring accurate torque and speed control. This drive is designed for applications fans and pumps, requiring standard control, and it uses a slip compensation function which provides a high degree of speed control on a load, and it can deliver 0.5% open-loop speed performance without a feedback device. The 20AC060A3AYNAENN has a 60 Amps current rating, with a drive power output rating of 60 Horsepower at 400 Volts AC voltage input, and it offers a wide input range of -10% to +10% of the nominal input to many applications. This drive has a factory recommended power ratio of 2:1 (drive/motor), with a 0.98 designated power factor and it has a 97.5% rated operational efficiency. The 20AC060A3AYNAENN, like all PowerFlex 70 drives (all ratings), comes with built-in protection from overload, under-voltage/over-voltage trips, and excessive temperatures, a power loss trip (inertia ride-through), and it provides ground fault protection and up to 6000 Volts of transient line spikes by using field0removable Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs).
The 20AC060A3AYNAENN is designed for standard control options by using Volts per Hertz control (designed with full custom capability), and it utilizes a Sinusoidal pulse width a modulated signal for control. It provides 3-phase output voltage selectable from 0 Volts to the desired motor rating and an output frequency which controls the output voltage. The 20AC060A3AYNAENN offers multiple stop modes, and 2 programmable (independent) acceleration/deceleration times for the desired performance. It has an Ethernet/IP communication capability which allows for seamless integration into the factory process, and also for the monitoring, controlling, programming, and transmission of data with host controllers. It is designed with a full numeric LCD human-machine interface module (HMI) with a simple multilanguage text display for easy troubleshooting, metering, and programming. The 20AC060A3AYNAENN has an IP20 rated enclosure with a flange-like heatsink and an ambient operating temperature limit of 50 degrees Celsius. It weighs approximately 18.6 kilograms, and it has dimensions of 280.0 x 555.8 x 207.0 millimeters.
