The 20AC3P5A4AYNNNNN is a PowerFlex 70 Drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley with power ratings of 400 Volts AC, 3-phase, 3.5 Amps, 2.0 Horsepower, and 1.5 kilowatts. It is equipped with state-of-the-art speed control and drive/motor protection suitable for a wide spectrum of 3-phase motors for different applications from fans to extruders. The 20AC3P5A4AYNNNNN PowerFlex 70 drive features an Analog LCD human-machine interface. It supports the smart start and assisted start, and it can take speed commands from the onboard HMI or through a drive peripheral interface when one is connected to the drive. The 20AC3P5A4AYNNNNN PowerFlex 70 drive features 2 independently programmable acceleration and deceleration times, which are adjustable between 0 seconds and 3,600 seconds. Its proactive current limit and advanced bus regulation system enables the drive to achieve full acceleration and deceleration without tripping.

Like all PowerFlex 70 AC drives with panel-mounted enclosures, the 20AC3P5A4AYNNNNN PowerFlex 70 drive can be easily installed inside or outside a control cabinet without taking up too much panel space. It features a brake IGBT but it has no internal brake resistors. The 20AC3P5A4AYNNNNN PowerFlex 70 drive runs smoothly when connected to 3-phase AC power sources without the need for line reactors and isolation transformers provided the power source is not prone to power disturbances. Additionally, the 20AC3P5A4AYNNNNN PowerFlex 70 drive can deliver up to 150% overload protection capability for up to 3 seconds. Its maximum drive-motor is 1:2 and it can derate by up to 50% when it is used in single-phase applications.
