The Allen-Bradley 20AD014A3AYNADNN PowerFlex Adjustable Frequency AC Drive is a variable frequency AC drive in the PowerFlex 70 family of high performance drives which are designed to provide out-of-the-box motor control in many applications requiring excellent speed and torque control. This drive, like every PowerFlex drives, is designed around a space-saving and cost-saving blueprint, and it comes with a NEMA/UL Type 1 airtight indoor/outdoor enclosure designed for conventional mounting and it supports “Zero Stacking”. The 20AD014A3AYNADNN has a nominal drive rating of 14 Amps, 7.5 Kilowatts, and 480 Volts AC (3-phase), and by default, it has a recommended drive to power ratio of 2:1. It has a displacement power factor of 0.98, with 97.5% efficiency, and it offers a 200,000 Amps maximum short-circuit rating with specified fuses and circuit breakers. As a standard feature, all the PowerFlex 70 drive can be programmed for Ramp, Coast, S-Curve, Ramp-to-Hold, DC-Brake, and Fast Brake stop modes, and for optimized control, it features 2 independent acceleration and deceleration times which are programmed independently in 0.1-second increments. The 20AD014A3AYNADNN features a full numeric keypad LCD HMI, with an easy-to-read text in multi-language option used for troubleshooting, configuration, and metering, and it also supports DeviceNet communication interface, which provides an easy means of programming, controlling, and integrating the drive in the factory. The 20AD014A3AYNADNN comes with an indoor/outdoor IP20 enclosure with support for Zero Stacking and panel mounting, and it has a rated operating temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius without de-rating.
