This 20AD022A0AYNANC0 module is a product of the Allen Bradley PowerFlex70 drive series. Designed to meet the needs for space, simplicity, and reliability, this drive comes with a complete package of power, control, and operator interface. Its wide range of features allows easy integration of the drive into any type of architecture. This 480 AC-Powered drive consists of 3 phases and requires 22 Amps of current to operate. It comes with an IP20, NEMA/UL Type 1 panel mount enclosure and has enhanced control without feedback. To ensure maximum acceleration and deceleration without any tripping, the 20AD022A0AYNANC0 drive has a Bus Voltage Regulation and fast acting current limit. Its Flying Start feature enables smooth connection with rotating loads without any commanded direction and speed feedback device. For trip-less operation throughout a prolonged power outage, 20AD022A0AYNANC0 drive has an Inertia Ride-Through feature. In addition, it has a droop Control option for load sharing applications and Sleep/Wake Control option for analog control of start and stop.

The Vector Control with FORCE technology of this drive offers outstanding torque and speed regulation while the Sensorless Vector Control builds up a large amount of torque over a broad speed range, and adjusts to fit the specific motor characteristic. The Internal dynamic brake resistor of the drive provides a huge amount of braking torque for small periods and doesn’t require any extra panel space. It comes with no HMI (Human-Module Interface), and a Second Environment Filter per CE EMC directive. The Safe Off Option of the drive prevents it from providing rotational energy to motors by integrating a safety circuit with the power switching signals.
