The 20AD2P1A1AYYNENN is a panel-mounted drive with an adjustable frequency. This AC drive has been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It comes from the Powerflex 70 line of drives. A NEMA/UL Type 1 enclosure is found on this drive, which allows the users to mount the drive using a panel. The enclosure of the drive has an IP20 rating. The enclosure rating indicates that the drive is not waterproof. This 3-phase device is operating with a 480 Volts AC supply and has an amperage rating of 2.1 Amps. The drive should only be operated at a room temperature between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius and it should be stored in a location with a -40 to 70 degrees Celsius temperature range. An IGBT braking system with a braking resistor is present in this drive. The 20AD2P1A1AYYNENN lacks the safe torque-off feature. The drive has a Frame A body and it is built following the EMC guidelines according to the IEEE standard.

The 20AD2P1A1AYYNENN has no human-machine interface module equipped. The front panel of the drive comes with a blank cover. No feedback mechanism is present in this AC drive. The drive has a power rating of 1 Horsepower. An Ethernet/IP adapter is used for communication and the activity can been seen from the status indicator located on the front face of the drive. The drive features Sensorless Vector control with FORCE Technology which helps the drive to regulate the speed and torque. The 20AD2P1A1AYYNENN uses a fan for cooling purposes. The drive can be operated at up to a height of 1000 meters above sea level. A heatsink thermistor is equipped and it is controlled by using a microprocessor. It trips the circuit for over-temperature situations. The environment should be cleared of dust, dirt, and corrosive gas during installation.
