The brake IGBT is installed, but it lacks a drive-mounted brake resistor. It is either wall or machine-mounted. In case of a demand on the safety system, the Safe Torque-Off option acts by switching off the rotational power to the motor without switching off the power from the drive for faster start-up. The packaged drive includes the power options which have the circuit breaker, fused disconnect, bypass and input fuses.
