The PowerFlex 700 series 20BD014A3AYNANA0 drive is an Allen-Bradley manufactured drive. The drive runs on 480 Volts of AC power from a 3-phase electric source. The drive uses a ControlNet adapter for transmitting data and information during the manufacturing process. Using the adapter, the drive can communicate with other drives stacked with one another. The drive has programming flexibility and it allows parameters to be linked within the drive. The drive supports both open-loop or closed-loop regulation. Using slip compensation, the drive can deliver a minimum of 0.5% speed regulation without using any encoder feedback device. With the encoder feedback, the 20BD014A3AYNANA0 provides 0.001% speed regulation for applications which have tight torque requirements. The drive comes with a droop control feature which can allow the drives to share loads without interfering each other.
The 20BD014A3AYNANA0 features 2 types of drive overcurrent trips for protecting the drive. It comes with the software overcurrent trip which can trip at 200% of the rated current, and the hardware overcurrent trip which can trip at 220 to 300% of the rated current. The drive comes with filtering options. It has been manufactured with the second environment filter as per the CE EMC directive. For braking the drive, it is equipped with an IGBT braking system but no drive-mounted braking resistor. The 20BD014A3AYNANA0 uses standard control with 24 Volts I/O voltage for torque regulation.
