The Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 753 drives are a family of cost-effective and user-friendly drives that are well-suited for general-purpose control applications requiring up to 270 kilowatts and 400 Horsepower of output. PowerFlex 753 series drives come with integrated I/O which further helps to reduce costs. The available enclosures for PowerFlex 753 drives include IP 00, IP 20, flange mount, and IP 54 enclosures. Slot-based drive architecture provides 3 slots that can be used for feedback, I/O, communication, or power supply modules. A dual-port Ethernet module enables the users to take full advantage of resilient, high-speed Ethernet networks. Options for drive programming include multiple Allen-Bradley software types such as the Studio 5000 Logix Designer and DriveTools SP software. An integrated LCD HMI is available on all the PowerFlex 753 drives. Embedded safety options, including the Safe Torque-off and Safe Speed Monitor options, help to improve equipment and user safety.

Support for a wide range of voltage classes and power ratings is available on the PowerFlex 753 drives. At 200 to 240, 380 to 480, 600, and 690 Volts AC, the respective drive power ratings are 0.5 to 200 Horsepower, 1 to 350 Horsepower, 1 to 300 Horsepower, and 7.5 to 250 kilowatts, respectively. The control methods supported on these drives include Volts per Hertz control, vector control with FORCE technology, and sensorless vector control. The predictive diagnostics features on PowerFlex 753 drives helps to prolong the operational life of the relay outputs and cooling fans. PowerFlex 753 drives are certified by the ABS, CE, KCC, and Lloyd’s register standards. The storage temperature for all enclosures is from -40 to 70 degrees Celsius.
