The Allen-Bradley 1398-DDM-150 ULTRA 200™ Servo Drive is a member of the 1398 ULTRA ™ family of servo drives. The 1398-DDM-150 is the biggest universal digital servo drive ever produced by Allen-Bradley with dimensions of 14.2 x 8 x 8.84 inches and a weight of 30.9 lbs. The peak output current of the 1398-DDM-150 is 150A and the continuous output current is 65A. This universal digital servo drive has 3-phase input voltage and phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground short-circuit protection. This module has a bus voltage of 141-339V DC. The 1398-DDM-150 module has embedded Motorola 68HC16 microcontrollers with EPROM that is equal to 128 KB of flash memory. Remember that the circuit on the drive is a potential source of severe electric shock. Please follow the safety guidelines.

The 1398-DDM-150 ULTRA 200™ Servo Drive already contains power supplies and does not need external sources. The module’s operating temperature is different from other versions with a range of 32-122°F. Do not remove the power or restart the drive while it is upgrading. The 1398-DDM-150 are designed and tested to meet the EMC Europe standard. Remember that high voltage may linger for up to 8 minutes after removing power.
