The Allen-Bradley 9101-1810 is a digital servo drive which is a member of the Ultra 200 Series. It weighs approximately 2.15kg (4.8lbs) and measures 20cm by 10cm by 15cm. Operating at an ambient temperature of between 32 and 131 Fahrenheit, the drive requires an input current, frequency, and voltage of 9A RMS, 47-63Hz, and 100-240V AC single-phase nominal RMS, respectively. The drive relies on a nine-pin D-shell serial connector for J4 and J5. For J1, J2, and J3, it relies on 50-, 20-, and 26-pin control and feedback connectors, respectively. The peak output current of the 9101-1810 is 15A. The output peak power is 1.3kW and 2.7kW for 120V AC and 240V AC inputs, respectively. In addition, the drive produces a continuous power of 600W and 1200W given inputs of 120V AC and 240V AC, respectively. Alternatively, an external DC voltage between 141 and 339V DC may be necessary to supplement the supply of internal circuitry power. The 9101-1810 drive can be adapted to either a velocity servo, indexing, master encoder followers, or stepper drive. The DriveNet interface card operates on this drive, enabling the user to command and reprogram the 9101-1810 drive remotely. The 9101-1810 can also be combined with the motor lines of a brushless servo to produce torques. The baud rate of the communications ranges between 1200 baud and 19,200 baud.
