The Allen-Bradley 9101-2329 1398 Servo Drive, also known as the 1398-DDM-009-DN Servo Drive, has 100-240V AC RMS Nominal (single-phase) AC Input Voltage, at 47-63 Hz AC Input Frequency, 9A RMS AC Input Current, and 141-339V DC Bus Voltage. The Allen-Bradley 9101-2329 Servo Drive is simple and convenient, offering field upgrades that have flash memory, reduced inventory which increases dependability, and set-up parameters which simplify drive replacement. This drive also provides full performance with phase-to-ground as well as phase-to-phase short circuit shielding and a multi-processor design for looping velocity bandwidth, digital current, velocity, and placing position loops. The 9101-2329 servo drive is also electromagnetic compatible.

Some of the technical specifications of Allen-Bradley 9101-2329 Servo Drive include a peak output current range of 10-150A, a Torque range from 0.34-50.8Nm, and an output current flow maximum of 500mA. The Allen-Bradley 9101-2329 Servo Drive fits into the 1398 Ultra plus PDM motion control system and it can also be part of a positioning drive system that integrates the high-performance sinusoidal brushless velocity controller and the position controller into one common suite. These motion controllers run on advanced microprocessor technology that helps to control both positions as well as velocity with a single processor, thus eliminating the need for an analog interface. The architecture of this single processor gets rid of the problems relating to analog circuitry, for instance, offset and thermal drift. The 9101-2329’s loops of velocity as well as the position control are digitally closed, so the gain bounds are stored in the form of numbers that provide repeated results over and over as well as from one controller to another.
