The 150-B24NBD is an SMC Dialog Plus controller manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller is part of Series A of the SMC Dialog plus controllers. The Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller features 24 Amps of current, 1 to 15 Horsepower, 460 Volts AC input line voltage at 50 to 60 Hertz, and it is solid-state in design. The Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller is contained in an open enclosure. The Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller is configured with the Bulletin 825 converter module that is used in providing current feedback for the metering and overload protection during the bypass functions and phase rebalancing. The Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller enables the operator to set access limitation to the programming system by using password protection. The Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller is equipped with RAM where it operates its functions after powering up. When the users modify the parameters in the program mode, the RAM will provide a storage location for the new values.

When power is supplied to the Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller, the parameter values kept in the EEPROM are transferred to RAM. The RAM is volatile and the data kept in this location is lost when the Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller is switched off. The Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller normally has factory-set default parameter values which are stored in the non-volatile ROM and the values are displayed the first time the users enter the program mode. The Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller enables the users to store modified parameter values in the EEPROM, a non-volatile storage memory unit. The Advanced Setup Unit provides full access to the Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller’s powerful parameter set. While the Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller controls the user’s motor, the SMC Dialog Plus controller also controls various parameters, enabling a fully functioning metering package. The Allen-Bradley 150-B24NBD Dialog controller provides a variety of unique control options which enhance the motor starting and stopping capabilities.
