The 150-B24NBD-8B smart motor controller is a highly intelligent and compact motor controller from the Allen-Bradley SMC Plus family of soft starters that are designed to provide sophisticated digital control of 3-phase induction motors. This motor controller features 3 standard motor control modes that are the soft start with a selectable kick start, current limit start, and the full voltage start within a simple and compact package, and it provides digital control and setup for precise and accurate operation. The 150-B24NBD-8B has a nominal current rating of 24 Amps, and a 3-phase voltage range between 200 and 480 Volt AC. It has a control voltage rating between 100 and 240 volt AC, and a 1600 Volt AC dielectric withstand. The 150-B24NBD-8B smart motor controller also offers the dual ramp start as a standard start mode in addition to the soft start with a selectable kick start, current limit start, and the full voltage start modes.
The 150-B24NBD-8B smart motor controller also incorporates the electronic motor overload protection, jam detection, stall protection, dynamic phase rebalance, and the voltage unbalance protection as standard built-in safety features.
