The Allen Bradley 150-B35NBDB Smart Motor Controller is an intelligent, solid state, non-combination motor controller, used for providing microprocessor-based control of induction motors in a variety of critical applications. This motor controller features 4 starting modes as standards, and it offers built-in protection against over temperature, overvoltage, under voltage, overloads, under loads, phase reversal, voltage imbalance, stall, and jam. The 150-B35NBDB has a 3-phase voltage rating of 200 to 460 Volt AC at 50/60 line input frequency range, and it has a nominal current rating of 35 Amps. It has output power rating between 1 to 25 Horsepower, and a power circuit with 6000 Volts IEC rated impulse voltage. The 150-B35NBDB has a self-containing control module comprising of a self-tuning power supply and an SCR firing circuit, and this control module controls SCR pulse firing and other digitally controlled operations.

It also has a current limiting capability, with adjustment between 50 to 600% of full load rating, and it comes with a pump control option, which helps reduces surges during the starting and stopping of the centrifugal pump via accelerating and decelerating motor speed. The 150-B35NBDB is digitally programmed through its fixed keypad, and its backlit LCD display, and in addition to easy controller programming, the LCD display also helps display operation status, settings, and diagnostic information in plain descriptive text. It is designed to operate within an ambient temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, and within a 5 to 95% non-corrosive and non-condensing relative humidity range.
