150-B500NBD

The Allen Bradley 150-B500NBD is a 500-Amp rated advanced controller from the SMC Dialog Plus series.  It is an open controller which can be used for 3 and 2 wire control. The output rating for the 150-B500NBD at 460 Volts AC input is 500 Amps / 4 to 400 Horsepower. Input line voltage is 200 to 460 Volts AC (50 to 60 Hertz, 3 phase). The control module requires 100 to 240 Volts AC input voltage. The HMI available on the 150-B500NBD is a 5-button keypad. The correct sequence of keystrokes is required for controller programming. A 2-line 16-character backlit LCD display is also provided for displaying parameter identification through the use of clear and informative text. Additional communication and HMI modules can be connected to the controller through an on-board serial communication port. Three auxiliary contacts are also provided: one can be programmed for normal/fault while the other two can be programmed for normal/up to speed. The heat sink fan on the 150-B500NBD requires 145 VA power. Up to 1400 Watts is dissipated as heat during operation by the controller. The storage and transportation temperature range is from minimum -20 to maximum 75 degrees Celsius whereas the recommended operational temperature range is from minimum 0 to maximum 50 degrees Celsius.
