It supports direct mounting to the enclosure sub-panel via the provided mounting holes located on top and below the controller.

The 150-F201NBR is capable of a wide variety of start and stopping modes specifically Soft Start, Full Voltage Start, Smart Motor Braking, Current Limit Start, Dual Ramp Start, Accu-Stop, Selectable Kickstart, Pump Start, Slow Speed with Braking, Coast-to-rest, Preset Slow Speed, Linear Speed Acceleration (Tachometer required), Soft Stop and Pump Stop. These configurable start and stopping modes allow the motor to perform the required protective start-up and shutdown sequence as well as limit generation of inrush current.

For configuration, this controller has a built-in Human Interface Module (HIM) which is used to configure and operate the drive locally and use as aid in monitoring the status of the drive. A more convenient way of configuration can be implemented using the Connected Components Workbench (CCW) while communication to the controller can be established using the built-in DPI port of the controller.

The controller’s power circuit offers 500V AC IEC-rated insulation voltage, with 6000V rated impulse voltage, and a Dielectric withstand of 2,200V, and it has DV/DT protection from its RC Snubber Network. The 150-F201NBR, unlike some controllers in the series, does not come with protection modules, but it provides branch circuit protection using a 600A-rated Class J fuse with a maximum short-circuit rating of 18KA, and it utilizes the i2 t Algorithm for electronic motor overload protection.
