The 150-F25NBDB controller is an SMC-Flex solid-state controller from Allen-Bradley. Standard features on the 150-F25NBDB SMC-Flex solid-state controller include power and control wiring for installation, a keypad and software for setup, 1 DPI port for connection to an optional human-machine interface and communication module(s), starting and stopping modes, protection and diagnostics functions including power loss and line fault protection, as well as metering, alarm contacts, status indicators, and auxiliary contacts. The controller has an input line voltage range of 200 to 480 Volts AC, 3-Phase, 50 to 60 Hertz frequency, and a control voltage of 100 to 240 Volts AC. The power wiring on the 150-F25NBDB SMC-Flex smart motor controller includes a standard squirrel-cage induction motor, or a Wye-Delta, 6-lead motor. The control wiring for installation includes 2-wire and-3 wire control to maximize the variety of applications that the controller can support. With respect to setup, there is a front keypad and backlit LCD screen, as well as software that utilizes the DriveTools programming software.
