The 150-F25NBDB controller is an SMC-Flex solid-state controller from Allen-Bradley. The controller has an input line voltage range of 200 to 480 Volts AC, 3-Phase, 50 to 60 Hertz frequency, and a control voltage of 100 to 240 Volts AC. The power wiring on the 150-F25NBDB SMC-Flex smart motor controller includes a standard squirrel-cage induction motor, or a Wye-Delta, 6-lead motor. The control wiring for installation includes 2-wire and-3 wire control to maximize the variety of applications that the controller can support.
There is 1 DPI port on the 150-F25NBDB controller for connection to another human-machine interface device, and the controller's starting and stopping modes include the soft start, current limit start, dual ramp, full voltage, linear speed acceleration, preset slow speed, and the soft stop. The 150-F25NBDB controller includes protection from power loss, line faults, voltage unbalance, excessive starts per hour, phase reversal, under and over-voltage, excessive controller temperature, stalling, jams, open gates, overloading, underloading, and communication fault protection. For metering, the controller takes measurements in Amps, Volts, kW, kWH, mW, mWH, elapsed time, power factor, and motor thermal capacity usage. Status indicator lights are also included, and they indicate when the controller is stopping, starting, getting up to speed, sounding an alarm, or experiencing a fault.
