The 2098-DSD-075X Ultra 3000 Digital Servo Drive with Indexing is a high-performance 3-phase AC drive by Allen-Bradley used for a wide range of industrial motion control applications. It has an input voltage range of 100-240VRMS AC and an input current of 30ARMS with a surge of 50A (0-peak). It has an auxiliary input with input ratings of 100-240V AC, and a 95A (0-peak) current surge. The drive has an output current of 35A and a peak intermittent current of 75A. The 2098-DSD-075X has a shunt rating of 420V DC and 40V DC shunt ON and OFF with a resistance of 16.5 Ohms and a power capacity of 10kW. It has a BUS capacitance of 4290μF and provides a 452V DC BUS overvoltage. The drive has 7.5kW maximum power output with 211 Joules energy absorption capability at 230V AC and requires a 16.5 Ohms (-0/+5%) external shunt with 10Kw power. It has an RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 serial port with 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, and 38400 baud rates, for communication and it uses the Incremental, Sine/Cosine, Intelligent, and Absolute encoders for motor feedback. Its working temperature ranges between 0° C and 55° C (32° F and 131° F) at 5-95% non-condensing relative humidity and it will function without de-rating at an altitude of 1500m.
