The Allen-Bradley 2098-DSD-HV050-DN Servo Drive is an Ultra3000 Series Digital Servo Drive. This drive is also a high-performance Kinetix Digital Servo Drive from Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. Its specifications include 230 to 480 Volts AC input voltage, 47 to 63 Hertz input frequency, and 7 Amps of input current, and it puts out 5 Kilowatts of continuous power at 480 Volts AC voltage. The bus capacitance of the drive is 470 microfarads and its internal shunt resistance rating is 120 Ohms. It weighs 18.8 pounds. This drive has a SERCOS interface for integrated motion which is compatible with the ControlLogix platform. Its high-resolution feedback encoders ensure improved system performance. This servo drive is UL listed to conform to the U.S. industrial safety standards.

It is compatible with a wide variety of machine control architectures such as the Logix and SLC architecture as well as the third-party machine and motion control systems. This servo drive is compatible with Allen-Bradley servo motors in the Y, LD, N, and H Series. The drive must be installed on a flat, vertical surface that will not be subjected to shock, vibration, moisture, oil mist, dust, or corrosive vapors.
