The 9101-1766 (2098-DSD-010) Ultra 3000 Digital Servo Drive by Allen-Bradley is a digital servo drive with 1 Kilo Watt of output power and a motor feedback control used for control of the servo motor. It has an input voltage ranging between 100 and 240V AC and an input current of 9A with an input surge of 100A (0-pk). The drives supplies an output rating of 15A (intermittent), and 1000W output power. It has an internal BUS capacitance of 1880µF and offers 400V DC BUS protection. The 9101-1766 is protected by Class CC and Class J 230V AC, Bussman fuse and it can dissipate 48 Watts of heat during operation. The drive can communicate with peripheral devices via its RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 base serial port, with selectable transmission rates of 1200, 2400, 4800, and 38,400 bits/s The 9101-1766 has 8 current sinking active high 12-24V isolated digital inputs with 4 current sourcing, digital outputs and a Normally-Open (N.O.) relay output. The 9101-1766 can still function optimally at an altitude of 1500m (4921.5ft) without de-rating, but it will begin to de-rate gradually at an additional 300 metres. It has a functional temperature range of 0-55 °C (32-131 °F) at 5-95% non-condensing relative humidity and it is stored at a temperature range of -40-70 °C (-40-158 °F). The 9101-1766 has dimensions of 98.1mm x 32.77mm x 65.02mm, and weighs 2.10kg (4.6lb) on average.
