The 9101-1926 Servo Drive is Allen-Bradley’s latest model in the Ultra3000 Servo Drive System series. This drive is limited to 1 contactor cycle every 2 minutes. The power initialization requires a short period of inrush current. The 9101-1926 has a mechanism for restoring serial communications because if the drive has an unknown interface, communication cannot be established between it and another device. The maximum power loss in the 9101-1926 is 150+ dissipative shunt. It is one of the most popular SERVO drive systems that use the SERCOS interface. This servo drive system works with the FNQ-R-30 and the LPJ-30SP fuses with 230V AC input voltage. It runs on 100-240V AC RMS (single-phase) at 47-63 Hz. Measuring 14.2 x 9.6 x 3.6 inches, the 9101-1926 is easy to carry and install in a remote location, and it comes with easy instructions for different mountings. It is approved for use in hazardous locations and it can work at a temperature range of 0-50 degrees Celsius. Make sure the drive does not have any residue voltage because it can harm personnel with serious burns. When a fault is detected in the 9101-1926, the 7-segment LED will display an “E” and flash the 2-digit error code 1 digit at a time. This cycle is repeated until the problem is solved. The 9101-1926 needs to be protected by a device that has a short-circuit interruption rating of up to 100,000A. If the cabinet is ventilated, use filtered air to prevent the accumulation of dust on the electronic components. The 7-segment LED panel shows the exact status of the activities taking place. For example, a flashing green and red indicator LED means that the drive is establishing communication with another device.
