The Allen-Bradley 9101-2343 Servo Drive belongs to the Ultra3000 series with a frequency range of 47-63HZ. It can monitor a thermostat signal from a motor and it will generate a fault warning if the motor overheats. The 9101-2343 is suitable for use on a circuit capable of delivering no more than 2,000,000 RMS at a maximum of 240V. This drive contains ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)-sensitive parts and assemblies. Keep the 9101-2343 away from static electricity. This drive requires an isolated external 12- 24V power supply for the proper operation of the digital I/O.
The 9101-2343 servo drive meets global voltage requirements and provides flexibility to perform in a variety of machine control architectures. This drive’s range is from 110-240V AC power input and it is integrated with a ControlLogix Platform for integrated motion. It is hazardous location-approved, fit to work in a temperature range of 0-55 degrees Celsius with storage temperature of -40-70 degrees Celsius at a maximum altitude of 1500m. Above this altitude, it will derate by 3% every 300m.
This servo drive system works with the FNQ-R-20 and LPJ-20SP fuses with 240V AC input voltage. Take note of the input voltage, because the device may catch a high current upon startup which can be risky to the drive and the personnel in the vicinity. While you are routing power and signal wiring on this system, radiated noise from relays, transformers, and other electronic devices can be induced into encoder communication or into other sensitive low-voltage signals, and this can cause system faults and communication problems.
The Allen-Bradley 9101-2343 has a 10 Amperes (0-peak) Continuous Output Current and 30 Amperes (0-peak) Intermittent Output Current, all contained in its 7.8 x 5.68 3.89 x in (198.12 x 144.27 x 98.1 mm) dimensions.
