The 9110-0023 (2098-IPD-020) Ultra 5000 Intelligent Positioning Device by Allen-Bradley is an electronic device with signal processor-based control used for positioning. The drive has an input voltage range of 100-240V AC (single-phase) and an input current of 18A with 100A current surge. It has an output current of 30A with 2KW output power output and 51 Joules energy absorption capability. The 9110-0023 has 1880µF internal BUS capacitance and provides 400V DC overvoltage protection. The drive is programmed using the compiled ANSI C subset programming language with a library of motion functions and programmed settings are stored with the 512 KB user memory. It is designed with a 32-bit floating point digital signal processor with a 60MHz clock speed and it uses the digital PI with 500µs update rate for position loop. The uses the Incremental, Sine/Cosine, Intelligent, and Absolute, input encoders with 100 KHz and 2.5 MHz input frequencies for motor feedback. It dissipates 48-Watt heat when operational, and has a 0-55 0C (32-131 0F) operating temperature range around a relative humidity range of 5-95% without condensation. The 9110-0023 weighs approximately 2.05Kg (4.51lb), with a dimension of 193.55mm x 139.70mm x 114.30mm and is UL-Listed for safety standards.
