The 9111-2265 (2098-IPD-030) Ultra 5000 Intelligent Positioning Drive by Allen-Bradley is a DSP control-based drive used for high-speed position capturing. The 9111-2265 has an input voltage range between 100 and 240V ACrms at 47 - 63Hz and an input current of 28A with a maximum surge of 50Arms. The drive has an AC auxiliary input current of 0.5Arma (nom) with 95A (0-peak). It provides an output current of 30A (0-peak) with 3-KiloWatt output power and an energy absorption capability of 96J at 230V AC. The drive is compatible with the compiled ANSI C subset programming language and has a 512 KB user programming memory and a nvSRAM (High-speed SRAM/EEPROM) non-volatile memory. The 9111-2265 processes programmed information using a 32-bit floating point digital signal processor with 60 MegaHertz and it has a 3-phase sinusoidal commutation with space vector modulation (SVM) control capability. The drive provides control and positioning through the digital PI with 250 and 500 microseconds of update time and it has a 32-bit signed and floating-point position and velocity range. The 9111-2265 has 16 optically-isolated digital inputs with 7 optically-isolated 12-24V DC outputs and 1A, 30V DC Normally-Open relay output. It also has 2 +/- 10V analog inputs and 2 +/- 10V, 12-bit D/A analog output. The drive provides communication using the 2-base configured RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 ports with selectable baud rates between 1200 and 38400 baud. The drive provides motor feed-back using 4 input encoders and a Hall sensor transducer. It has 150W maximum heat dissipation and is designed to function optimally with 0-55 °C (32-131 °F) at 5-95% non-condensing relative humidity limits. The 9111-2265 is built to withstand an operational shock of 15G and a vibration of 2G at 10-200Hz and can be installed at an altitude of 1500m without de-rating. It weighs 6.16Kg (13.58lb) with 92.7mm x 149.3 x 243.9mm total dimension and is UL-Listed in the US and Canada for Safety Standards.
