The Allen-Bradley 104-D110D24 Reversing Contactor is an electromagnetic motor starter that is designed for handling higher currents and voltages than the rest of the products in the 104 IEC series. It is able to supply 600 Volts of AC voltage and to activate both the forward and reverse rotation directions of electric motors, delivering up to 1000 Horsepower of output and 110 Amps in the process. The Allen-Bradley 104-D110D24 Reversing Contactor has been designed to last for a long time even in the most demanding industrial conditions, but given its low environmental protection rating, the manufacturer recommends providing protection measures such as installing it inside a properly rated enclosure to extend its durability. This reversing contactor comes from the factory with a 24 Volts DC activation coil, which makes it suitable for use in most modern state-of-the-art control systems that are being deployed in several industries.

The Allen-Bradley 104-D110D24 Reversing Contactor from the 104 IEC Safety Contactors series can be installed directly on the panel or a DIN Rail by using pre-opened punch holes on the back of the contactor. This reversing contactor is commonly used in applications featuring Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-D motor control systems. The Allen-Bradley 104-D110D24 Reversing Contactor should be properly identified and unauthorized access to it must be restricted, in order to avoid accidents or electrical shock that may cause serious injuries or death or cause damage to the system that is being controlled. An additional set of auxiliary contacts is built into the contactor at the factory, providing a pair of normally open contacts and 2 pairs of normally closed contacts that the users can utilize according to their individual application process control needs.
