Allen-Bradley 700-P series relays are heavy-duty relays that can be used in industrial automation and control systems. They are available with 4 different types of contact cartridges that are suitable for different types of switching applications. The 700-P relays are available with time delay contacts, latching attachment contacts, overlapping contacts, and logic reed contacts. Additionally, one 700-P relay can host multiple types of contact cartridges to increase the flexibility of the relay and allow it to be used in custom applications. The contacts in the 700-P relays are configured with normally open poles as standard features but most of these poles can be changed easily to normally closed poles if required. These relays support up to 12 poles without increasing their mounting footprint, and they can support up to 8 normally closed poles at a time. The 700-P relays can be installed in NEMA enclosures for protection from debris and dust. They support multiple mounting options, including DIN rails, A-B rails, and panels. These relays have modular designs that make them easy to configure and modify. The Allen-Bradley 700-P series heavy-duty relays can be used in low-energy circuits as well as in heavy-duty circuits. They support 200 milliamps of current in low-energy circuits and 35 Amps of current in heavy-duty circuits. The maximum voltage rating of the 700-P relays is 600 Volts for both AC and DC voltage. These relays are available with the most popular AC and DC control voltage ratings. The 700-P relays support Direct Drive technology that ensures that all of the contacts open and close at the same time. The control voltage in 700-P relays can be changed through a coil exchange. The supported coil voltage ratings are 24 to 600 Volts AC or 24 to 250 Volts DC. As standard features, the 700-P relays support finger-safe protection devices. The contacts in the 700-P relays are silver-nickel bifurcated double break contacts.
