The Allen Bradley ArmorPower on-machine power supplies are compact, efficient, and reliable industrial power supplies. They are designed to be used in applications that experience voltage drops that are caused by line loss. The ArmorPower power supplies support on-machine installation. The series includes power supply models with output power ratings of 50 W to 200 W so that users can select the most suitable power supply for their systems. The ArmorPower power supplies have IP67 enclosure ratings, and they are vacuum-encapsulated. Their durable design makes them highly resistant to vibration, shock, and humidity. The ArmorPower power supplies can be used safely in environments that experience washdowns. These power supplies also support quick connectors that make them easy to install. The ArmorPower power supplies support several optional features, including cord sets, patch cords, T-ports, and panel-mounting receptacles.
Many of the Allen Bradley ArmorPower on-machine power supplies have floating output features and some models also include grounded outputs. The ArmorPower power supplies support input voltage ranges of 100 to 240 Volts AC or 100 to 240 Volts DC, with an input frequency rating of 47 to 63 Hertz. The operational voltage ranges for ArmorPower power supplies are 90 to 264 Volts AC or 100 to 300 Volts DC. The ArmorPower power supplies also support output voltage ratings of 24 Volts and hold-up times of 50 ms. The rated inrush current for the ArmorPower power supplies is less than 25 Amps. The 50W and 100W ArmorPower power supplies each have 1 output. Some of the 200W ArmorPower power supplies have 1 output and some have 2 outputs. The 200W power supplies with 1 output support 8 Amps of output current. The 200W power supplies with 2 outputs support 3.8 Amps of current per output. Additionally, the 50W power supplies support 2 Amps of output current and the 100W power supplies support 3.8 Amps of output current. All ArmorPower power supplies have an AC power LED indicator for their outputs, and the 200W models with 2 outputs have 2 AC power LED indicators (1 indicator per output). The 50W and 100W power supplies can operate at maximum temperatures of 70 degrees Celsius and the 200W power supplies can operate at maximum temperatures of 60 degrees Celsius.
