The 193-EECB E1 Plus enhanced electronic overload relay is an IEC 3-phase module with a selectable trip class of 1 to 5 Amps. It is designed and intended for use with the 100-C09 to C23 IEC contactor sizes. It comes with both manual and automatic reset options as well as optional side-mounted modules. This electronic overload relay has an adjustment ratio of 5:1 and an approximate kilowatts rating of 0.25 to 2.2 kilowatts. Other specifications of the 193-EECB overload relay include a minimum kilowatt rating of 0.25 kilowatts at 415 Volts and a maximum rating of 2.2 kilowatts at 415 Volts. It has a rated operation voltage of 690 Volts AC and an IP 20 enclosure rating. The unit features a minimum motor FLC rating of 1 Amp and a maximum rating of 5 Amps.

The Allen-Bradley 193-EECB overload relay has a wide current adjustment ratio of 5:1, which significantly reduces inventory requirements. It also features extremely low levels of heat generation that resuls in more cooling panels as well as switchboards. The unit is self-powered with no separate power supply connection required. Other specifications of the 193-EECB module include advanced phase failure detection of typically 3 seconds for enhanced motor protection. It comes with low voltage compatible contacts rated at 17 Volts and 5 milliamps, which are suitable for use with the PLC systems. The unit includes trip and alarm contacts which consist of 1 normally open and 1 normally closed contact to enhance easy integration into the control circuit. Additionally, the 193-EECB relay comes with a unique latching mechanism as well as reinforced power connections for offering superior mechanical connections with the Bulletin 100-C contactors for a more vigorous design.
