The Allen-Bradley N-5630-2-H04AA is an N-series servo motor. The motor has a standard encoder line count of 2000 and a standard flange. The N-5630-2-H04AA has an optional 24 Volts DC brake, a size 56 frame, and a motor winding of 230 Volts AC. Since the N-5630-2-H04AA, together with other servo motors, is meant to drive machinery, it must be controlled and not directly interfaced with power supplies. Servo motors, including the N-5630-2-H04AA, cannot be used with thyristor drives. The N-5630-2-H04AA has a 0.3 N-m per Krpm damping and a 1.3 N-m friction torque.
For the N-5630-2-H04AA, the feedback and power connectors are not on the motor but on the flying lead end. Although the N-5630-2-H04AA has a maximum speed of 4000 Revolutions Per Minute, it has a lower load capacity than the N-5637-2-H00AA servo motor.
