The 803-A24R Rotating Cam Limit Switch from Allen-Bradley is a Style A heavy-duty control circuit device with 2-circuit control that is used with automated industrial machinery with the dedicated operation. The device is used in operations where the machine’s motion directly corresponds to shaft rotation, and when used with machinery, it initiates actuation contacts, at various point of the shaft rotation. It is suitable for applications like steel forming/heavy metals forming, punch presses, and assembly and packaging processes. The 803-A24R comes with a 25A N.C. (Normally-Closed) double break contact with 150A and 15A MAKE/BREAK Amperages at 120 Volts AC and 30A and 3A amperages at 600 Volts AC, with a continuous carrying current of 25A. The device weighs approximately 20 kilograms (9.1 pounds), and it fits in a NEMA Type 1 enclosure with 111.1 x 144.5 x 200 millimeters (4.38 x 5.69 x 7.88 inches) net dimensions.
