The Allen-Bradley 803-B9X is a Style B rotating cam limit switch that is equipped with 9 circuits and with a double shaft extension. It is suitable for machines with operation cycles that are repetitive and which have the switch’s shaft rotation correlated to its motion. This switch can handle heavy-duty operations and it has a long life expectancy when used properly. As a Style B switch, the 803-B9X switch has features that are standard to its style class, specifically a minimum cam duration of 14 degrees and a maximum of 346 degrees, a 150 RPM maximum shaft speed, and 10 Amp. snap action N. O. (normally open) and N. C. (normally closed) contacts. Also installed on this switch are a spring-loaded cam-roller assembly, which is mounted to the contact base, and its internal dwell time and timing that are adjustable only when the device is not in motion.
